Financial protection

By law, Vine Visit Limited must comply with the 1992 Package Travel Regulations. These protect your payments to us and cover you financially until the moment you leave on your holiday.

Your money is protected by means of a trust account. We will only bank money into a Vine Visit Limited account where it can be directly transferred into a trust account. Our trustee is Mr Ron Joyce, a Chartered Certified Accountant, of SadlerJoyce Ltd, Whitley Bay. Such monies held in the trust account can only be released to Vine Visit Limited once Mr Joyce is satisfied that your holiday has has reached its conclusion, including sufficient funds to ensure your repatriation if required.

We are also able to offer air travel to most of our destinations, in association with Gazelle Travel, protected by ATOL no 4067.
