Travel Options: You choose!

You can fit our holidays around your plans. You can base a longer holiday around one of our tours. You choose to join us at one of our destinations – we’ll be happy to deduct the cost of travel to and from Britain. Please email Elizabeth Brown, our administrator, for more information.

Where possible, we’ve chosen to use Eurostar/TGV in France. The opening of the new Eurostar terminal at St Pancras cuts down travelling times considerable (for example it’s now only just over six hours to Avignon). Not only do we believe this is a ‘greener’ option than flying, but it’s also more comfortable, with no standing around in airport queues and worries about flight connections or about low cost airlines changing flight schedules. And you won’t lose your luggage! If you prefer to fly, that’s fine. We’ll do our best to help – and for some of our holidays there’s no easy alternative to taking the plane.

In association with Gazelle Travel we are pleased to offer air travel to most of our destinations, protected by ATOL.

In 2010 we are also offering two trips entirely by coach, traveling from the north of England with additional pickup stops - this is the ideal solution for those who would like to buy wine and bring it home with them.
