We're delighted to bring you news of some of our wine tours for 2010. We hope they'll appeal whether you're a novice or a well seasoned wine buff.
Prices include ALL travel, accommodation in a shared/twin room with breakfast and dinner (with wine) and all the tastings. Our two coach tours also enable you to buy wine and bring it back at no extra cost.
The Best of Catalonia:
Priorat, Montsant and their neighbours

A very special trip for a small group to fly to Catalonia and stay in the exquisite Cal Compte, a magnificent Renaissance house in the stunning hill village of Torroja in the heart of the vineyards of Priorat: the most spectacular wine scenery in Spain. We'll visit some of the finest wine producers in southern Catalonia, enjoy an expert olive oil tasting and visit the site of the Monastery of Scala Dei - and at one of the loveliest times of the year.

Mâcon and the Beaujolais

A leisurely exploration of the vineyards of southern Burgundy and the top 'cru' Beaujolais (Fleurie, Morgon, Juliénas ... ) to visit some of the best young producers in both regions, with a special focus on organic and biodynamic viticulture. First and last nights will be Abbeville, the main part of the holiday will be based in a lovely family-run country hotel near Mâcon.

After the success of last year's trip to Bordeaux, we've decided to go back for more: but a different range of quality wine producers, this time including a top sweet wine estate, and, for those who wish, more of Jean-Luc Molle's inspired cookery demos at Les Criquets (discover the secrets of a top French professional kitchen). We'll stay in calm comfort amongst the vines at La Closerie des Vignes near the lovely old town of Blaye.

Champagne and Chablis

Great wine, fine food, charming scenery and magnificent autumn colours are the menu for this imaginative comparison of two closely neighbouring wine regions. We'll stay in the magnificent old city of Troyes, the ancient capital of Champagne at the Royal Hotel, a superb base to visit some of the best champagne houses of southern Champagne, and also the Yonne, where our visits will include Chablis itself. First and last nights will be at Abbeville.

We have great contacts (with wine growers and hotels) in many European vineyard areas including Southern Germany, South West France, Burgundy and the Beaujolais, the Rhône Valley (North and South), Provence, Roussillon, the Duero Valley, La Mancha, Greece, Piedmont, Tuscany and Sicily.
- Prices quoted are for two people sharing a room. A single room supplement of £25 per night applies to holidays of up to five nights, and £20 per night to holidays of six nights and more. This is detailed on the booking form.
